It is legal to play, but you cant deposit with debit or credit card. Your deposit options are all access visa gift card or Echeck.

well, its all BS. Ill tell you why. Everytime you win and try to cash out they always have some reason why it wont work. They want you to keep your money on the site because they know you will spend it. Just my experience. Full Tilt is the absolute worse about this.
